Lennox Lewis: Tyson Fury Had Not To Say in My Face

ANGRY Lennox Lewis has branded Tyson Fury a ‘mouse’ after being hammered by the trash-talking boxer.

The former undisputed world heavyweight champion is currently helping David Price prepare for his rematch against Tony Thompson at Liverpool’s Echo Arena on Saturday night.

Fury, 24, who is lined up to meet ­David Haye, 32, in Manchester on ­September 28, claimed he would have knocked out Lewis and then called him a “bitch” and a “div”.

Speaking on the Bunce Boxing Hour on BoxNation, British legend Lewis said: “I met Fury the other day and he was quiet as a mouse.

“When he left me he started opening his mouth but when he was with me he was like a mouse.

“I keep thinking why would he call me out? Even if I came back I wouldn’t fight him because he doesn’t have a belt. He is nothing to me and has never seen nothing like me. Who is he?

“He is just a loudmouth and has no respect. Guys with no respect don’t last long in the game.”

Unbeaten Fury expects the Haye fight to be announced this week.

His trainer and uncle Peter Fury spent Monday locked in talks with Haye’s trainer Adam Booth and cleared several obstacles delaying the fight.
