| Lennox Lewis: Haye Deserves Vitali Klitschko Shot
|
|
By Ruslan Chikov Former heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis supports David Haye's plea for a fight with WBC champion Vitali Klitschko (45-2, 41KOs). Lewis ended his career in 2003 with a memorable sixth round TKO over Vitali. Haye (26-2, 24KOs) lost a twelve round decision to younger brother Wladimir last July in Hamburg. He returned on July 14 in London to stop British rival Dereck Chisora in five rounds. Chisora went the distance with Vitali in February. "Today, the Klitschko brothers dominate because they have no worthy opponents. Chisora slapped Vitali. How can you do that to the champion? If I was there, I would have hit him, but Vitali is too honorable for that. It would be good to see a fight between Haye and Klitschko. I do not [put my stock] in the ratings. Haye should be a contender to Klitschko, because he knocked Chisora out," Lewis said. Tags: Vitali Klitschko , David Haye , Klitschko-Haye , Klitschko vs Haye |
Would you not agree that a TKO2 victory is better than a TKO6 victory? Yes or no? And LOL at your implication of "sexual" for whatever reason.
No I wouldn't. According to you the Klits are the greatest thing since sliced bread. A TKO6 and a rearranged face against t... |
I was talking about Lewis performance vs Vitali and Sanders' performance vs Wlad - only responding to the other guy. But it's not about that. It's about Lewis' obsession with the Klitschkos which shows in him contacting every of their's opponents and giving them "advice" on how... |

He doesn't deserve a shot, but he might as well be given one.
:fing02:
Agreed.
The HW is so poor, Haye is probably Vitali's best challenge. SMFH. But Haye doesnt deserve it.
I hope Vitali makes Haye pay for being such a massive twat. |
You are confusing brothers. What relevance does Lewis' performance vs Vitali have with Wvlads performance against Sanders. They are 4 different fighters.
If we are comparing Lewis & Sanders respective displays against Vitali which was what was being discussed then Lewis won in 6 an... |
