According to a report on RDS, David Lemieux (32-2, 30KOs) will make his American debut on December 6th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The boxer will headline an HBO televised tripleheader against Gabriel Rosado (21-8, 13KOs).

The manager of Lemieux , Camille Estephan, says the fight is part of a one-fight deal with Golden Boy Promotions. Lemieux stated that he was a "free agent" and his deal with Golden Boy for the December fight would not affect his very long relationship with Yvon Michel of GYM.

"This is a very good opponent, and he's very well known in the United States," said Lemieux to RDS. "I already feel stronger than my last fight and I can not wait to fight."

The rest of the card will rounded out by a pair of high stakes bouts, with light middleweight James De La Rosa (23-2, 13KOs) facing Hugo Centeno Jr. (21-0, 11KOs), and  light welterweight Frankie Gomez (18-0, 13KOs in a possible fight against Thomas Dulorme (21-1, 14KOs).
