The always well informed Bild and other sources as well reports that the opponent for WBA interim super welterweight champion Jack Culcay (21-1, 10KOs), on April 9 in Potsdam, is Venezuelan Jean Carlos Prada (31-1-1 and WBA # 13).

Klara Svensson (15-1, 5 KOs) says she is ready and willing to face domestic rival Mikaela Lauren (26-3, 11 KOs) in a potentially huge fight for Swedish boxing. Svensson, who fights at light welterweight, is currently two weight classes below Lauren, but has revealed she is happy to move up in weight to meet the WBC Female Super Welterweight World Champion at the welterweight limit.

Sauerland Promotion have a big show in the works for Stockholm (Sweden) with April 15 as the working date. Headlining the show is IBF Intercontinental champion Erik Skoglund (24-0) against South African Ryno Liebenberg (17-2).

Klara Svensson is backing her former amateur teammate Patricia Berghult to shine on her professional debut at the Rosvalla Arena in Nyköping, Sweden on Saturday, December 19. Berghult, a 21 year-old Swedish amateur star from Malmo, faces Serbia’s Sara Marjanovic in a four-round light welterweight contest on the undercard of Erik Skoglund’s fight with American KO specialist Derek Edwards. ‘’I’ve known Patricia since she was ten years old,’’ says Svensson, the former WBC interim Champion and World title challenger. ‘’She started boxing at the same amateur club as me in Höllviken and I’ve been following her amazing career ever since.

Klara Svensson (15-1, 5 KOs) intends to prove she is back and stronger than ever on September 19 when she takes on Lucia Morelli (19-5, 9 KOs) at the Rosvalla Stora Ishallen at the Nyköpings Arenor in Nyköping, Sweden, in a repeat of their entertaining interim WBC World title bout in November 2014. Svensson, who returns following an unsuccessful attempt at Erica Farias’ WBC crown, was originally scheduled to face Marisa Gabriela Nunez for the IBF Female World Light Welterweight title, but an injury suffered by the Argentinian champion forced the fight to be postponed.

Klara Svensson’s (15-1, 5 KOs) IBF World Light Welterweight title challenge has been postponed due to an injury sustained by the champion Marisa Gabriela Nunez (7-5-2). The Argentinian suffered a broken arm in training leaving her unable to defend her title on September 19. Svensson remains on the card for Team Sauerland’s historic Swedish show at the Rosvalla Stora Ishallen at the Nyköpings Arenor in Nyköping. An opponent for the 27 year-old from Malmo will be announced shortly.

Klara Svensson (15-1, 5 KOs) gets her second shot at world glory on September 19 when she challenges Marisa Gabriela Nunez (7-5-2) for the IBF Female World Light Welterweight title at the Rosvalla Stora Ishallen at the Nyköpings Arenor in Nyköping, Sweden. The Malmo-boxer fell short in her attempt to dethrone WBC queen Erica Anabella Farias in May, but having gained valuable experience, Svensson returns with renewed vigour confident of toppling Nunez and claiming boxing’s ultimate prize.

Klara Svensson (15-1, 5 KOs) remains positive about her future despite losing to the WBC Female World Light Welterweight Champion Erica Anabella Farias (22-1, 10 KOs) in Copenhagen last night. In her first world championship challenge, ‘The Swedish Princess’ came up short on the judges’ scorecards (96-94, 96-93 and 98-92) after bravely fighting back from a fifth-round knockdown. Reflecting on the fight, Svensson has identified this knockdown as the pivotal moment.

Copenhagen, Denmark - Super lightweight Rashid "The Dream" Kassem (8-0) opened Sauerland Promotion´s show at Frederiksberghallerne with a second round knockout over Croatian Ante Nakic (2-4). Kassem, a flashy, fast fighter, opened up in the second and got his opponent under pressure and it ended with a knockdown. Nakic, willing but green, got up and tried to counter but walked into a heavy right and went down again and was counted out in the act of rising at 2.10. It was scheduled for six.
