Klara Svensson, Anthony Yigit Back on October 19th

Klara Svensson (10-0, 4 KOs), the Swedish Princess, will face Bulgaria´s Milena Koleva (5-4-1) in her first fight for Team Sauerland. When the unbeaten 25-year-old steps into the ring at the Nordic Fight Night in Kolding on October 19, renowned US coach Joey Gamache, a former two-time world champion, will be in her corner. “We have been training hard in Copenhagen and I am ready for my debut with Team Sauerland,” Svensson said. “It´s great to work with Joey, we have a very good chemistry and I can learn a lot. I´ve done a lot of hard sparring. I am well-prepared for October 19 and I want to show the audience a good fight.”

Svensson will be one of four Swedish fighters in action. In the main event of the evening, Erik Skoglund (17-0, 9 KOs) faces Danish veteran Lolenga Mock (31-13-1, 12 KOs) for the European Union Light Heavyweight Title. KO King Oscar Ahlin (8-0, 8 KOs) will be looking for the ninth KO in as many fights when he comes face-to-face with Serhiy Demchenko (14-5, 10 KOs). And Swedish Olympian Anthony Yigit (5-0, 1 KO) will battle it out with Tony Pace (4-5) from the UK.

“There is so much talent in Swedish boxing,” promoter Nisse Sauerland said. “Our Nordic Fight Night line-up has the potential to bring a lot of titles to Sweden, starting with Erik and the EU Light Heavyweight belt in Kolding. Oscar will be trying to continue his amazing KO streak, while Anthony has set his sights on his sixth victory. And we´re thrilled to promote Klara, who with Joey Gamache in her corner can go a long way. We have high hopes for her and keep our fingers crossed that she gets our cooperation off to a winning start on October 19.”
