Stablemate Kid Galahad is putting his money where his mouth is, by dropping down money on IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (36-0, 25KOs) to upset Gennady Golovkin. The undefeated super bantamweight contender expects Brook to win in impressive fashion.

Golovkin, who knocked out his last 22 opponents, is a very sizable favorite to make Brook his 23rd victim when everything is said and done.

Brook's best win came in 2014 when he traveled over to California to win a twelve round decision over Shawn Porter to capture the IBF crown. Many view a win over Golovkin as a big ask for someone like Brook, who hasn't fought the best of competition since beating Porter.

Since the winner over Porter, Brook's competition has been lackluster at best. Galahad, who will also be fighting on the card against Italian Emiliano Salvini, says he made a similar longshot bet on Tyson Fury last year, when the controversial heavyweight shocked boxing by handing Wladimir Klitschko his first defeat in ten rounds.

"People think I am crazy but I put money on when Tyson Fury beat [Wladimir] Klitshcko," Galahad told Sky Sports News HQ. "I tell people 'one thing I do know is my boxing' and I can't see GGG beating Kell Brook. Kell Brook is a better version of GGG - he is better in every department.

"I have trained with Kell for a very long time. I have seen him get in the ring and box heavyweights and put them to sleep. I have seen him take a shot off a heavyweight and not even buckle, so you are going to see a star."

"I have known Kell for a very long time and I know how hard he has trained for this fight. I personally can't see him getting beat. He's a cut [above] the rest of the fighters - he is going to shock the world. "He just needs to stick to the gameplan, do what he does best, stay there, box, keep out of Golovkin's range and come home with a victory. No one has seen the best Kell Brook and on September 10 you are going to see Kell Brook at his best, devastatingly at [160-pounds]."
