Kid Galahad: Carl Frampton Will Vacate To Avoid Me

By Edward Chaykovsky

Kid Galahad (15-0, 8KOs) is the mandatory challenger to the European super bantamweight champion Carl Frampton (17-0, 12KOs), but he doesn't expect the fight to ever happen. He says Frampton will avoid the match by vacating his title. He also says Gavin McDonnell from Doncaster is avoiding a potential fight. Galahad has no idea on when his next return will be set or who the opponent will be.

“He (Gavin) doesn’t want it. I know that and the boxing public know it too. Frampton will vacate as soon as he hears I’m mandatory," Galahad said.

Galahad is coming off a competitive domestic fight against Dickens, while Frampton is on course for a World title. While i think Galahad is a decent fighter..Frampton would handle him easily.
