Kevin Johnson: I'll Fight Seth Mitchell For $1 Dollar

By Kevin Johnson

I hear that Golden Boy and HBO are looking for an opponent for [heavyweight] Seth Mitchell on August 27 [Marcos Maidana-Robert Guerrero card in San Jose].  Look no more!  I will fight Seth Mitchell and I will sign a contract saying if I lose, my purse is $1. That’s right, $1.

When I win, just pay me $50,000 and an extra $50,000 for the knockout.

Let’s see what Golden Boy says about this offer.
Kevin Johnson's pitiful effort against Vitali makes David Haye's last fight look a lot better.
They both sucked and gave horrible fights. But that's the type of opponent that the Klits usually face....the heavyweight division is awful.

I want to see Mitchell against a guy who clearly thinks he will win -- I don't want to see Mitchell against a 20-1 underdog on HBO of all places
