Kell Brook: I Know For a Fact I'd Knock Amir Khan Out!

By Edward Chaykovsky

Undefeated welterweight contender Kell Brook (31-0, 21KOs) is still in hot pursuit of a big money fight with domestic rival Amir Khan (28-3, 19KOs). Now that Khan has been passed up for a potential May fight with Floyd Mayweather, Brook's promoter offered a multi-million dollar purse to Khan. A day later, Khan said he wasn't interested in a Brook encounter, until Brook proved himself against better opposition.

"It don't matter where it is. It don't matter if it's in his backyard to me. He knows what's going to happen. He's going to get knocked out. I know it for a fact. I want the fight. It's a massive fight, I know for a fact it will live up to the talk. It will be a mega-fight when it happens. Just give me him, just give me him," Brook told Sky Sports.
