| Katsidis Hit With The Flu, Comeback Fight is Still On

Michael Katsidis“The Great” media sparring session was cancelled this morning due to Katsidis being struck with a bout of the flu. He was to box with Australian light-welterweight champion Jack Asisat 1pm at Elevate Fitness, but doctors orders have seen the two time World champion being prescribed complete bed rest. This session was also going to be the launch pad for Katsidisand Brendon Smith’s new charity ‘Mandown’ - a charity set up to raise funds for seriously injured people –by auctioning off a sponsorship position on Katsidis' trunks. “The auction will still go live tonight on ebay, and we expect to raise some great funds” Trainer/Manager Brendon Smith said Tickets for the much anticipated return of Michael Katsidis “The Great” at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre August 13thare on sale now and can be purchased via ticketek. he has big balls, he continued with his camp for marquez when his brother died and now again he will continue once the flu has passed, if Dr MEDVED allows him to continue. It's winter in Australia but it's also usual to be affected by a flu in summer cause humidity and high temperatures. |
