IBF junior middleweight champion Cornelius "K9" Bundrage is still on the prowl for a big fight.  The former Contender series participant missed out on facing Miguel Cotto in December or Saul "Canelo" Alvarez in September.  Cotto opted for a rematch with Antonio Margarito while Alvarez will face a different former Contender series participant in Alfonso Gomez.

With these turn of events, Bundrage reached out to BoxingScene.com to reveal his new targets.

"Shane Mosley is looking for the big fights. I would give him the opportunity to fight for my belt," Bundrage told BoxingScene.

Mosley has lost two of his last three fights but those losses were to Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, the top two fighters in the sport.  Both of those fights took place in the welterweight division. K9 thinks that Mosley is better suited for the junior middleweight division at this point in his career.

"I think Mosley is a better fighter right now at 154 than 147. He is a bigger guy now," said Bundrage.

The Detroit, MI native said that he is tired of fighting mandatory defenses and other fights that don't have much meaning to the fans. He said that he only wants to face the best out there.

"One thing about me is that I don't need these tune up fights to stay sharp. I would rather fight the big names. I want the big fights.  Bring on the top dogs. The guys that I will get credit for.  I don't want to fight guys that they don't give me credit for. I am tired of all these scaredy cats not wanting to fight," barked K9.

At the end of our conversation Bundrage also wanted it be known that he doesn't agree with The Ring Magazine's ratings. He feels that they are biased. He also feels that Carlos Molina is more deserving of a shot at his title than Erislandy Lara.

Bundrage, while continuing to bark said, "In Oscar De La Hoya's magazine, The Ring Magazine why am I ranked so low (#7) while on Boxrec they have me at #2 just behind Miguel Cotto? I am a world champion. Oscar wanted me to fight Lara when really I think (Carlos) Molina deserves the shot. Even though Lara really beat Williams, Molina really beat Lara and now he beat Cintron so I think he deserves the shot to fight for my title."

Bundrage also wanted to remind his fans that it is, "Jesus for Life, and to follow him on twitter @k9boxing"

[QUOTE=lopez36]a consider mora a below average fighter and mosley looked awful there too..i don't care about people talking about mora's defense,i don't think it's that great, but mosley once again didn't do anything to try to win the fight,i think mosley if he wants to continue should do so again...

[QUOTE=CubanGuyNYC]Mosley is done on the elite level, that's certain. But his career, such as it is, continues. A beating against a sub-par fighter might finally convince "Sugar" to finally hang 'em up. I agree, Shane didn't even try against Manny and did only slightly better against Floyd. But t...
