Seinajoki, Finland - EU cruiserweight champ and local hero Juho Haapoja (17-2-1, 10KOs) retained the title with a twelve round points win over previously unbeaten Irishman Ian Tims (9-1, 3KOs) in the headliner of a card promoted by P 3 Boxing. Haapoja wins twelve in a row since suffering the knockout loss to denis Bajhtov in 2008.
 
In other action junior middleweight debutant Miika Haapasalmi was knocked out by Stanislavs Leonovs. Jr. welterweight Jarkko Putkinen stopped Karoly Lakatos in the first and Jaakko Myllyala outscored Jevgenijs Fjodorov over six rounds, also at jr. welterweight.
