A court ruling on Wednesday declared that unbeaten heavyweight Robert Helenius is still under contract with Sauerland Event.

In a long standing dispute, Helenius and his legal team had moved to have his contract terminated, a move that the courtroom dismissed during Wednesday's hearing.

"We have never understood for what reason Robert had wished to terminate the agreement," wonders Kalle Sauerland. "We had developed and guided him before his injury to European Championship and a World Number One ranking.

"We hope now we can quickly pick up the pieces and that Robert will resume what had been a very promising career. We hope to be promoting a show in Finland with Robert before the summer."

Despite the ruling, Helenius (19-0, 11KOs) will be permitted to fight this weekend on a show in Tailinn, Estonia. The card is independent from Sauerland Event, who has its own event in Rockstock, Germany, topped by Juergen Braehmer in a light heavyweight clash with Robin Krasniqi.

Helenius will face Hungary's Andras Csomor on the show in Estonia, marking his first fight in two years almost to the day.
