Judah: A. Garcia Calls Me a N***er, Nobody Says Nothing

By Bill "Two Scoops" Emes

Former two division world champion Zab "Super" Judah was on fire at Thursday's final press conference at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. This Saturday night at Barclays, Judah will challenge Danny Garcia in a Showtime televised main event for the WBA/WBC junior welterweight titles.

Since their first press conference a few months ago, there has been heavy tension between both camps and several times the two sides nearly came to blows.

Most of the drama has been centered around Judah and Angel Garcia, the controversial father and trainer of Danny.

Thursday's presser was more of the same, with Judah unloading his frustrations at Golden Boy President Oscar De La Hoya over a Twitter comment and then venting his frustrations to the media over the treatment he received from Angel and Team Garcia. Judah has claimed that Angel made racial remarks in his direction.

"This is crazy, insane. I don't know what they're trying to make me look like or act like some savage. I've been down here in the basement since 11am.....no food, no water, no nothing....and locked in a little room. This is insane. Why? Because of Danny Garcia and his crew and their insecurtities. It's not right. These people are scared. We got nothing going on. Angel Garcia gets up here and calls me all kinds of n*ggers and call me all kinds...and nobody says anything about that," Judah said.

"But when I come up and say my part, it's like I'm a God damn Osama [Bin Laden] in the damn city. This is crazy. And you [Oscar De La Hoya] making comments about me without checking all your facts. You are a professional promoter. Do your research bro. I have never had a problem with you."

"This is new to me. I've been in boxing for 17 years. I've been in major events, Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis. I was in Puerto Rico when Bernard [Hopkins] snatched the [Puerto Rican] flag and threw it [to the floor] in Puerto Rico. They didn't do this sh*t. They didn't do none of this. They are trying to do something to make me seem like I'm the bad guy of the situation and Danny and Team Garcia are the good guys. It's crazy. Don't let them fool ya'll."
