Juan Manuel Marquez Says Future is Still Undecided

By Salvador Rodriguez

Former four division world champion Juan Manuel Marquez (56-7-1, 40KOs) has denied that he's discussing a potential ring return for November. Executives at Zanfer Promotions stated that Marquez was offered two dates, November 15 and November 29, for a planned return in Mexico City, Las Vegas or Los Angeles.

Marquez is still pondering whether or not he intends to continue his career. The 41-year-old boxer was in action in May, when he won a twelve round decision over Mike Alvarado.

"I don't know anything regarding an alleged fight in November or a possible opponent. I keep thinking about my future [in boxing], it's not an easy decision and I'm not taking it lightly. I only ask that there is no speculation about what I'm doing in my career," Marquez said.

[QUOTE=Strategic1;14880416]I simply stated facts. Why are you angry? He hasn't done much at 140 and above besides beat Pacquiao. His familiarity with PAC and the fact that they're pretty much the same size makes it a bit easier for JMM.…
