Juan Diaz Returns on September 6th on UniMas

Former unified lightweight champion Juan "Baby Bull" Diaz (39-4) has notified BoxingScene.com that he will return to the ring on September 6th. His fight will be scheduled for 10 rounds and will headline a Solo Boxeo show on Unimas that will take place in Laredo, TX   His opponent will be determined in the next few weeks.

Diaz is 4-0 since ending his nearly three year retirement in April, 2013. The Houston, TX native said that he is thrilled to be fighting in the Lone Star state once again

"I am excited to fight in Laredo once again. I can't wait to see the response from the fans. The fans showed great support last year, and I am expecting even more supporters this time around," Diaz told BoxingScene.com.
