According to Top Rank's Carl Moretti, former champion Joshua Clottey will make his return to the ring against Calvin Green on November 19 in Houston, Tex. on the off-TV undercard of the HBO fight between Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Peter Manfredo at Reliant Arena.
Clottey (35-4, 20 KOs) will be making his debut at junior middleweight and fighting for the first time since his March 2010 loss to Manny Pacquiao, marking the end of an 18-month plus hiatus from the ring.
Clottey, 33, was originally slated to fight Green (21-6-1, 13 KOs) earlier this year, when he was forced to pull out due to injury.
Green is riding a two-bout losing streak with knockout losses to former Contender stars Sergio Mora and Alfonzo Gomez.
