Olympic gold medal winner Anthony Joshua has no issue with Floyd Mayweather's selection of Andre Berto as the opponent for the September 12th Showtime Pay-Per-View from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Berto is a huge underdog, with some oddsmakers listing him as a 80-1 underdog. He's 3-3 in his last six fights. He was last in action back in March when he stopped Josesito Lopez in six rounds.

Joshua feels Mayweather, who won world titles in five weight divisions, has fought everyone possible over the years - like Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto, Saul Alvarez and Marcos Maidana in the last three years.

Mayweather is planning to retire following the September fight.

"Mayweather has fought everyone, anyone who's called him out. He's competed with the best, he's just fought Pacquiao. The great thing about Andre Berto is that he's hungry. It may not be the best matchup on paper, but on the night you never know because when stars clash is could become one of the all-time great fights if Berto prepares himself well, so I think it's a great fight and a great way to end his career," Joshua told Sky Sports.
