Josesito Lopez-Aaron Martinez is Set For April 24th

Riverside, CA – Josesito Lopez (31 – 6, 18 KO) is set to fight against Aaron Martinez (19 – 2 - 1, 4 KO)  April, 24th 2014 at Agua Caliente Casino and will be televised on ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes. Lopez, although having lost two of his last three fights, returned to the “win” column during his match against Mike Arnaoutis this past December. Lopez settled for a technical decision win when the fight was stopped after the eighth round. Arnaoutis received a cut over his eye and was deemed unfit tocontinue the fight. Lopez knew he had to return to tip top form to be elevated back to his fan-given nickname of Riverside Rocky. Since December, Lopez has been training hard and is definitely on the comeback trail.

“I'm really excited to get back in the ring. I am training harder and longer than recent fights not only because I think Martinez will be a tough challenge but because that iswhat's needed from me to be where I want to be.”, Lopez stated. This upcoming Lopez/Martinez bout is an opportunity for Lopez to live up to just that and get his momentum back. Fans have no doubt that he will do just that.

Tickets will be on sale starting Saturday, Mar 15, 2014 at 08:00 am (PST) and can be purchased at www.hotwatercasino.com and also at the Agua Caliente Casino box office.

Agua Caliente Casino is located at 32-250 Bob Hope Drive Rancho Mirage CA 92270. On fight night, Thursday April 24, 2014, doors open at 5:00PM (PST) and the first fight will be at 6:00 PM (PST).
