Jose Zepeda, Oscar Valdez Come Up Big in Tijuana

José Zepeda and Oscar Valdez both retained their unbeaten records with early knockout wins in separate bouts Saturday evening in Tijuana, Mexico.

Zepeda capped the show with a 3rd round knockout of Emanuel López in the evening's main event. Valdez kicked off an early birthday celebration, scoring a 1st round knockout of Cristian Barajas on the eve of his 23rd birthday.
