Jose Pedraza To See Action on Trout vs LoPorto Card

San Juan, Puerto Rico - Next Friday, November 11th at the Cohen Stadium in El Paso, Texas, will mark the return of Olympian Jose "Sniper" Pedraza (4-0, 3KO's). The young boxer's six-round fight will take place on a card presented by Showtime. His opponent will be announced later.

Pedraza is one of the most decorated amateur boxers in the history of Puerto Rico. During the last Olympic cycle he campaigned at 132 pounds. In addition, he captured bronze at the Pan American Games in Brazil in 2007, won a silver medal at the Milan 2009 championships and a gold medal in the 2010 Central American Games in Mayagüez.

Pedraza turned pro in 2011 under the promotional trio of DiBella Entertainment, Gary Shaw Productions and Universal Promotions.

"I'm very excited to return to the ring. I want to show my fans and my people that I will continue to reap victories for them," said Pedraza.

Pedraza will be part of a televised card on Showtime. The ShoBox televised main event will feature Austin Trout (23-0, 13 KOs) defending his WBA 154-pound "regular" title against Frank LoPorto (15-4-2, 7 KOs).

Ticket prices are $55 for Ringside, $30 for reserved seats, $10 General and they are available at www.diablos.com.
