Jose Pedraza Promises Bigger Things, Returns on 1/28

California, United States- On Friday night, super prospect, Jose "Sniper" Pedraza (6-0, 5KO's), continued steadily in building his record in the professional ranks by providing a technical knockout to Ghanaian Herbert Quartey (7-7, 5KO's), at 1:20 of the fifth round, with a strong body shot. With this victory, Pedraza is the newly crowned World Youth Champion of the World Boxing Council, at 130 pounds.

During the fight, Pedraza, dominated Quartey with his apparent and superior ability and in the fifth assault, launched an assault that capitalized his domination by connecting a left hook to the body of Quartey, which made him instantly hit the canvas.
