Jose Pedraza Delighted With Cotto-Martinez Exposure

IBO super featherweight champion Jose "Sniper" Pedraza (16-0, 10KOs) is very happy with the opportunity to be in action on June 7th at Madison Square Garden in New York City as part of the undercard where Miguel Cotto will face WBC middleweight champion, Sergio Martinez.
 
Pedraza’s opponent is unknown but he’s willing to face the big names at 130 pounds including former world champion Juan Manuel "Juanma" Lopez. 
 
"We are ready. We're going to sit down and negotiate the opponent, but it is a great honor and privilege to fight on the undercard of Cotto and Sergio Martinez, where I will have a major exposure," Pedraza told Mr. Boxing. " I am ready to fight big names, great boxers but have to take it easy and go step by step.

In his most recent fight, Pedraza defeated Mexico's Alberto Garza by unanimous decision to capture the IBO crown. The fight on June 7 will be an eight round bout as part of the HBO Latino broadcast.
