Jorge Paez Jr. vs. Steve Forbes is Set For October 20th

On October 20th at the Calafia Bullring in Mexico, Zanfer Promotions is putting together a big event - headlined by a battle between Jorge "Maromerito" Paez Jr. (32-4-1, 19 KOs) and former IBF super featherweight world champion Steve Forbes (35 -11, 11 KOs). Azteca 7 will televise the fight. Forbes has fought some of the best in his career, including Andre Berto, Oscar De La Hoya and many others.

Steve Forbes as the main event? I figured at this point in his career he would just be training wheels for prospects.

Forbes is so shot he boxes in MX, if Paez can't beat him he needs 2 retire...

This matchup sounds like off tv undercard bout. Not sure if it is main event worthy.
