Jorge Paez Jr: I Will Defeat Omar Chavez Once Again

Mexicali, BC. - Jorge 'Maromero' Paez is getting ready with everything for a rematch with Omar "Businessman" Chavez on July 21st. Paez Jr. (31-4-1, 19 KOs) and Omar Chavez (28-1-1, 21 KOs) will meet for a second time in a ten round super welterweight fight. The main event will be organized by the Zanfer and transmitted on Azteca 7. They fought in December 2011, resulting in a great fight, where Paez secured a majority decision.

"We have four weeks to work perfectly according to the training plan we designed. I am in excellent shape, from the physical side to the technical and the mental aspect. The weeks ahead will be rough and we are motivated to beat Omar again and this time more clearly. This sport is boxing, a competition and the rivalry with Omar does not go beyond the ring. In the ring I will give everything, I´ll come better prepared than the first time I beat up Omar and I have no doubt that I will conquer him again," Omar said.

chavez is no joke... Omar is going to be better than Jr

Omar sucks royally. Paez is a much more sound and technical fighter. I feel he can work on his conditioning a little more, but other than that he should whoop Chavez the joke no problem.
