Jorge Paez Jr. Drops Quintanilla, Wins Wide Decision

Welterweight contender Jorge Paez Jr. (36-4-1, 21 KO's) dropped Rudy Quintanilla (13-3-3, 10 KO's) but couldn't finish him off and instead settled for a wide ten round unanimous decision victory at at the Arena Tecate at the Agua Caliente Racetrack in Tijuana, Mexico. The scores were 98-91, 99-90 and 97-92. Paez is hoping to land a title shot in the near future. Paez has now won nine fights in a row, including two victories over Mexican rival Omar Chavez.

I like paez Jr,dnt think he will become a champion but he has a name and could makw a good fight for anybody.....preferable opponents,victor Ortiz,Robert Guerrero,Soto-karrass,josesito Lopez,Jessie Vargas,or malignaggi,maybe even that.bum cintron would be interesting fights for me as a…
