The hard-hitting Puerto Rican Jorge "Destroyer" Melendez (25-2-1-24 KO's) will be returning to the ring on March 2nd at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. He will be matched against tough Mexican Orlando Lora (29-3-2-19 KO's). Melendez has won his last twelve fights and eleven of those wins were by knockout. The Showtime televised card will be headlined by a WBA lightweight title fight between Sharife Bogere and Richard Abril.

Melendez can bag, he is really a heavy handed fighter, and can spark anyone the fuck out. He needs to learn how to box though and fix that defense!!
