Jorge Arce Will Push To Make First Defense in Los Mochis

Jorge "Travieso" Arce is going to push to make the first defense of his title in the Los Mochis, Mexico. He wants to make the first defense of the WBO super bantamweight title in the month of August. He captured the belt last Saturday at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, with a twelfth round knockout of unbeaten Puerto Rican Wilfredo Vazquez Jr.

"I need to recover from the minor surgery for the cut on my nose that I suffered during the fight with Vazquez. Then I'll go back to train to be ready for my next fight. I will ask my promoter Fernando Beltran to have the fight in Los Mochis. People want to see me fight on my home soil and I want to give them what they want for all of the support they have given me in my career," Arce said.

Arce thinks of his peeps that's great...they've always backed him....he deserves to fight one on his choosing...Los Mochis is a fun place to be...
