European lightweight champion John Murray looks as if he's got no shortage of options for his next fight.
After successfully defending the belt at York Hall on Saturday, Murray could now be in line for a showdown against Kevin Mitchell - or Gavin Rees.
Former world champion Rees has been mandatory challenger to Murray's belt.
But it's Mitchell, ringside on Saturday for Murray's points win over Karim El Ouzaghari, who might be the preferred opponent for the Mancunian.
"The Mitchell fight looks like it's going to happen," Murray told The Manchester Evening News this week.
"It's a fight I was looking at anyway. If Kevin wants to fight, I will have it. I look forward to it. It's a fight I could really sink my teeth into.
"If I have to fight Kevin Mitchell to get my world title shot then so be it and I'll knock him out.
"I'll get straight back into training and I'll bounce into the Mitchell fight, you will see a different animal altogether in there."
