Joe Calzaghe Can Rebuild Nathan Clevery, Says Dad

Joe Calzaghe Joe Calzaghe could be making a return to boxing - as a trainer. That is according to the boxer's father and trainer Vince, who is ready to step aside for his son's career. Vince, who is ready to step Cleverly, 26, wants a rematch with Sergey Kovalev who took his WBO light-heavyweight title in August.

And Vince Cleverly said: "There's no doubt Joe could be a world-class trainer. I'll do what's best for Nathan as I know he can do much better."

Cleverly will be fine. They're looking at this all wrong. He would be fine against the Clouds of the division. Kovalev was the single absolute worst matchup for him and they can fight 100 times and it will be the…
