Jhonny Gonzalez Hungry To Shut Terry's Mouth For Good

By Ivan Leon,

"I am going to shut his mouth with my punches.  I already want him in front of me," responded the former world champion, Jhonny González, after hearing the statements of American contender Ira Terry, who said Gonzalez would bite the dust when they fight on July 24 in Campeche, Campeche.

González commented that his next opponent "has a very big mouth and I'm going to expose him for being a little girl who can't stop himself"

González, has already won his right to go for the world featherweight title of the World Counsel of Boxing, after winning an eliminator againt Antonio "The Beast" Davisin two rounds. In his previous fight, he won the Fecarbox title after stopping, also in two rounds, Colombian, Jean Javier Sotelo.

Jhonny indicated that he has been working very hard for this fight and can't have any setbacks becasue a world title shot is standing at his door.

"I know very little of Ira Terry. The unique thing told me is that's he's tough and hits hgard, but I have never seen him to fight, but that is not a problem. Therefore, in the fight I'm going to figure him out," Gonzalez said.

There is a world of difference between Terry and Gamboa. Gonzales beats Terry easy and takes a beating from Gamboa, but what hurts me is trying to decipher this guys English.
