BoxingScene.com has been advised that Jessie Vargas (17-0) will face Lanardo Tyner (25-6) in the main event of Showtime's February 24th ShoBox card. Deandre Latimore (22-3) will face Ryan Davis (23-9) in the televised co-feature. The fights take place at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Vargas and Latimore are both promoted by Mayweather Promotions. BoxingScene has also been advised that if both of their fighters emerge victorious and unscathed that there is a good chance that both will appear on the undercard of the Floyd Mayweather-Miguel Cotto mega-fight that takes place at the MGM Grand on May 5th.
