Super middleweight prospect and amateur standout Jesse Hart is penciled to return to the ring in April, Top Rank matchmaker Bruce Trampler told Boxingscene.com on Saturday night.
Trampler said Hart could fight on one of the two Top Rank cards that will take place in Las Vegas, NV. Hart could fight at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino on April 11th, which could be televised on ESPN2s Friday Night Fights.
Hart could also fight on the non-televised undercard of the Timothy Bradley-Manny Pacquiao fight that will take place the following evening at the MGM Grand.
Whichever fight card that could give him the most exposure, said Trampler.
Hart (12-0, 10 KOs) from Philadelphia, PA, is coming off a one-sided six round unanimous decision victory over Derrick Findley on January 25th at Madison Square Garden in New York City, NY.
The 24-year-old Hart is a 2011 United States Amateur champion and a National Golden Gloves champion.
He is the son of hard-hitting and former contender Eugene Cyclone Hart.
