Jeffrey Fontanez Still Training Hard Without Set Opponent

Puerto Rican lightweight prospect Jeffrey Fontanez (10-0-9 KO's) continues to train at full steam despite not knowing the name of his upcoming opponent on March 2. Fontanez, who is co-promoted by Miguel Cotto Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions, in his last fight defeated Mexican fighter Pedro Arcos (8-4-6 KO's) by TKO in the second round last December at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
 
"The training camp is going well, thank God. We are set for March 2 but [the show] was in New York and now it is in Las Vegas and we still do not know who we are going to face, we're waiting [on the name]," expressed Fontanez to Mr. Boxing/BoxingScene.
