Undefeated featherweight contender Jayson Velez (21-0, 15 KO) is potentially going to return on April 28th, as part of the card being staged by Golden Boy Promotions at the Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

This card will be presented by Golden Boy and PR Best Boxing. Velez is promoted by Golden Boy and Miguel Cotto Promotions.

This card will be headlined by the clash between Michael "The Artist" Perez (19-1-2, 10 KO) and Jorge Romero (24-7, 21 KO). The undefeated Puerto Rican prospect McJoe Arroyo (13-0, 7 KO) will also see action on the card when he faces undefeated Dominican Eliezer Aquino (16-0-1, 10 KO) in an eliminator for an IBF title shot.

This card will be televised on Fox Sports 1.
