Ismayl Sillakh's Return Likely Off, Breaking From Gotzev

By Gregory Stangrit,

The next return of light heavyweight contender Ismayl Sillakh (17-1, 14KOs) is likely off. He was scheduled to fight undefeated prospect Dmitry Kudryashov (5-0, 5KOs) on October 13th at the Galich Hall in Krasnodar, Russia. It would be Sillakh's first ring appearance since the shocking TKO defeat to Denis Grachev in April.

According to sources with knowledge of the details, Sillakh's return has hit a brick wall over an internal dispute. The boxer is reportedly attempting to break away from his longtime manager Ivaylo Gotzev.

In a recent interview, Sillakh said "regarding my manager Ivaylo Gotzev....from the beginning of my pro career, and during the present, only one word could be associated with him - liar!"
I think Grachev did that for him.
No he didn't get destroyed, he dominated the fight, got hurt and showed his inexperience. He can def come back from that.

I still think he might be able to turn things around. . But I don't know. . I'm still rooting for him, of course, but obviously I'm going to "quietly" hype him up through the ranks this time.

I had really big expectations for this guy. . . I was hyping him up big time. . Way too soon, though. I still don't see how he got sparked out by such a crude. . ANd I mean CRUDE…

I can´t wait to see him fight again, p4p potential... he just needs to avoid playing too much with his food.
