Sands Casino Resort, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania - In a light heavyweight clash, Isaac Chilemba (22-2-2, 9KOs) won a lopsided ten round unanimous decision over Denis Grachev (13-3-1, 8KOs). The scores were 100-90, 99-91, 99-91. Chilemba used his jab, quick combinations and movement to control the hard punching Grachev. Chilemba started dominating the action by the midway point. Grachev had no answers to deal with the quicker hands of Chilemba. The jab was sticking in Grachev's face all night, and he was getting tagged with power shots every time he managed to get on the inside.

Tony Bellew got the job done at the second time of asking against Isaac Chilemba to earn himself a mandatory shot at the WBC light-heavyweight title. The Liverpudlian was left disappointed in March when he could only draw with Chilemba in Liverpool when the pair contested their final eliminator first time around. Bellew vowed to get the job done after securing a quick rematch on the undercard of Carl Froch's clash with Mikkel Kessler at the O2 Arena, and won comfortably to set up a meeting with the winner of Chad Dawson's defence against Adonis Stevenson.

Liverpool’s Tony Bellew meets Malawi’s Isaac Chilemba at the O2 Arena on Saturday night in a 12-round fight that will decide the WBC’s mandatory light-heavyweight challenger. Bellew meets Chilemba for the second time in eight weeks — they fought to a draw in March — knowing that there is more than just the WBC’s Silver 175lb title on the line. Bellew laboured during the early rounds of their last encounter, he struggled to pin down his slippery 26-year-old opponent and the fight was nip-and-tuck right down to the wire. Indeed, the outspoken Liverpudlian was hit by a tidal wave of criticism after that bitty encounter; he intends to make a statement at the O2 Arena to finally put the Chilemba rivalry to bed. “It is all about getting the job done,” said Bellew when speaking to BoxingScene on Friday evening. “I let him get too close last time, so I’ve just got to go in there and change that. I’m not going in with the same unknown box of tricks this time — it (Chilemba’s style) is something I’m aware of. I just have to go in there and perform.”
