By Mark Vester According to numerous reports in Mexico, the upoming battle of lightweight contenders, Antonio DeMarco (21-1, 15KOs) vs. Anges Adjaho (25-1, 14KOs), has been set as a mandatory WBC eliminator. The winner will get a crack at the knockout artist himself, WBC champion Edwin Valero. DeMarco-Adjaho will be the Showtime televised co-feature to Vic Darchinyan-Joseph Agbeko at the BankAtlantic Center, Sunrise, Florida. DeMarco is a tough fighter. I watched him several times on Showtime
and he gets it in. Will be good to see him in against Valero if he wins. |
