Jakarta, Indonesia - Florante 'Little Pacquiao' Condes (Philipines) achieved his dream by winning the IBF Minimumweight Title by defeating Muhammad 'The Predator' Rachman (Indonesia) by split decision.

Judge M. Rois (Indonesia) scored it 117-113 for Rachman, whereas both judges Salven Lagumbay (Philippines) and Montol Suriyachand (Thailand) had the same score of 114-112 for Condes.

Rachman looking confused against Condes' southpaw style in the first three rounds, but after round five Rachman start to gain confidence by infighting. Both fighters landed good punches. Rachman dominated fight in rounds four, six, seven, eight and nine. Whereas Condes dominated fight in round one, two, three, five and ten. He also dropped Rachman twice (in third round by straight left and round ten by a left hook).

This fight was supervised by Mr. Lindsey E. Tucker (USA) from IBF.

In an undercard bout in the flyweight division, Indonesian Boxer Angky 'Time Bomb' Angkota, the former IBF Pan Pacifik Light flyweight Champion, defeated Wisan Sor Suchanya (Thailand) in four rounds by TKO. Referee Pujo Santoso stopped fight after the Thai boxer was not defending himself or returning punches.
