| Humberto Soto To Make Ring Return on October Date

By Miguel Rivera Former champion Humberto "Zorrita" Soto (58-8-2, 34KOs) will return on a date in October, in Mexico, on a Televisa broadcast - according to manager Antonio Lozada of Baja Boxing. Soto's return bout will be scheduled for ten rounds and the opponent will be announced shortly. On June 23rd in Los Angeles, Soto was stopped for the first time in his career when heavy-handed junior welterweight Lucas Matthysse stopped him within five rounds. "We are close to finalizing a contest against a good opponent. This week we will have the complete information.
