Humberto Soto Faces Emmanuel Addo on June 14th

By Miguel Rivera

On June 14 in Tlalnepantla; former world multi-champion Humberto Soto (63-8-2, 35KOs) will return for the second time in 2014, as he headlines a card being showcased by Televisa.

Soto's opponent has been set. He will face once-beaten Emmanuel "Money Mosquito" Addo (12-1, 10KOs) of Ghana. Addo has had almost all of his pro fights take place in Ghana.

Soto fought in the month of March, where he won a ten round unanimous decision over previously undefeated Juan Carlos Abreu. Also on the June card is undefeated banger Rey Vargas, who is close to securing a world title shot, and the quick return of Lourdes "Little Lulu" Juarez, younger sister of world champion Mariana "Barbie" Juarez.

The Boogey man stikes again. He fights so many unknown fighters. He is fun to watch but everytime he steps up he loses

I've got love for Soto as much as anyone, but when's the last time he had a meaningful fight? Matthysse...? And before that? Antillon...?
