| Humberto Soto-Daniel Estrada in The Works For June?
|
|
By Miguel Rivera A few sources in Mexico are reporting that WBC lightweight champion Humberto Soto (55-7-2, 32KOs) is possibly going to defend his title on either June 4 or June 25, against Daniel Estrada (25-2, 19KOs). The fight will happen in Mexico with the venue and location to be determined. The fight is reportedly close to a deal with both boxers already organizing their training camp schedules. Soto was going to face Urbano Antillon in a rematch on the Manny Pacquiao-Shane Mosley undercard on May 7. He withdrew after declaring himself a free agent.
