Hugo Cazares, the WBA super flyweight champion, is ready for Saturday's defense against hard puncher Arturo "Fuerte" Badillo of Tijuana. The fight headlines a big card at Plaza de Toros Eduardo Fontanet in Mazatlan, Mexico. Cazares is tired of fighting second tier competition.
