Eddie Hearn, promoter for IBF, IBO, WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs), admits that if Tyson Fury signs a promotional deal with Frank Warren - it will complicate a potential deal for a Joshua fight in the future.

Hearn expects Fury (25-0, 18 KOs) to work with Warren, who is putting together the undefeated boxer's next fight on a date in April.

Joshua is back in action on March 31, when he unifies with WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker (24-0, 18 KOs) at Principality in Cardiff, Wales.

Hearn explains that one of the big issues in making Joshua vs. Fury - if 'The Gypsy King' signs with Warren.

Warren's entire stable is exclusively tied to BoxNation and BT Sport - while Hearn's stable is tied to Sky Sports.

There will also be issues when it comes to money.

Both Warren and Fury believes that at least a 50-50 split is justified in that match, but Hearn and Joshua believe different.

"It probably does [make it hard to make the Joshua fight if Fury signs with Warren]. Who knows what his contract will entail. Will he sign for Frank? Maybe not, but will he work with him? Probably," said Hearn to the Manchester Evening News.

"You've got to pay Fury three or four million in his first fight, as that's what we would, so Frank must be as well, but the only way I think you can do that is on PPV and I don't believe Frank has a PPV system in place.

"It will be interesting to see what happens in the next 24 to 48 hours because he has to announce a fight or a date today otherwise he'll get stripped of the Ring Magazine belt.

"I think he'll say he's fighting on a date with an opponent TBA, but the opponent has to be in the top five of the Ring rankings and that could only realistically be Alexander Povetkin, but he's fighting David Price. I think they should have stripped him of the belt a long time ago."
