HBO To Televise Carl Froch-George Groves 2

by David P. Greisman

HBO has signed a deal to televise the May 31 rematch between super middleweight titleholder Carl Froch and George Groves, according to the network.

The broadcast will be live. No location for the bout has been announced yet.

George Groves knocked Froch down early in their November bout, but Froch battled back and scored a controversial ninth-round stoppage.

Froch is 32-2 with 23 knockouts. Groves is 19-1 with 15 KOs.
