Guillermo Jones is Planning To Return in January

By Ricardo Mendez Archibold

Panamanian cruiserweight Guillermo "El Felino" Jones (38-3-2, 30KOs) will be returning to the ring in January against an opponent to be determined.

'I've confirmed that I'm going to fight in the month January, but I still do not know who my opponent will be, and it will be a ten rounder," said Jones.

Right now Jones is the champion in recess of the World Boxing Association. Since winning the title in 2008, Jones has only made two defenses and he's been out of the ring since November 2011. After failing to meet his mandatory obligation against Denis Lebedev, the WBA made Jones the "champion in recess" and made Lebedev the "full champion."

Guillermo Jones actually fight someone he's scheduled? Yeah, not happening. At least, not with 15 postponements.
