As BoxingScene.com first broke on Tuesday night, the two fights are set for the debut show of the new boxing series, which is being put together by powerful adviser/manager Al Haymon, for NBC/NBC Sports.
The fights have now been officially announced by Haymon Boxing at a press conference earlier this morning, with executives present from the NBC Sports Group, as they officially announced the series.
In the main event, former multi-division champion Robert Guerrero (32-2-1, 18KOs) will face WBA interim-welterweight champion Keith Thurman (24-0, 21KOs) in what many expect to be an absolute war.
The fight is going to be televised by NBC (not NBC Sports) on March 7th from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Fhe co-featured attraction will have former three division world champion Adrien Broner (29-1, 22KOs) facing hard-puncher John Molina (27-5, 22KOs) in a junior welterweight contest.
All four fighters were present and faced off during the presser.
