Here's what he believes people should consider ahead of his fight with WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., which is scheduled to headline a Showtime Pay-Per-View event on May 4th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. "All I've gotta say is, just pick your jaw up off the ground," Guerrero said. "One thing they (doubters) don't understand is I'm a big believer in Jesus Christ and that's what carries me through everything. People are going to feel that presence when I step into the ring and they're going to be shocked." "They're not going to be able to understand what happened when I go out there and beat Floyd Mayweather." No disrespect but if Christ carried Guerrero through everything, why does he already have a loss? lol I am not trying to be disrespectful but I am just pointing out that it is somewhat ridiculous for fighters and athletes to always say God won't allow them to lose a fight/game. Man IDK, is this really the right way to go? I mean in all likely hood it matters very little, because Floyd is likely to win handily either way -- but do you really want a more focused Floyd in the ring?
