Gilberto Ramirez Likely Faces Talipeau in Macau on 7/19

Hector Zapari of Zapari Boxing Promotions has advised BoxingScene.com that Gilberto Ramirez Sanchez (28-0) will likely face Junior Talipeau of Australia in his next fight which is scheduled for July 19th in Macau.  Hector, along with his father Jesus, manage and train the soon to be 23-year-old Ramirez.

Top Rank recently announced that WBA/ WBO junior featherweight champion Guillermo Rigondeaux will appear on the card against Sod Kokietgym. Zou Shiming and Bryan Viloria are also scheduled to appear on the card against opponents that have yet to be determined.

Ramirez is 2-0 with 2 knockouts so far in 2014.

Looked him up.... eh. Was hoping for a better opponent... looks like they're just looking to keep him busy this year.
