Fury: I Want Deontay Wilder, For The Title, at Old Trafford

Tyson Fury has called for a future fight with Deontay Wilder (31-0, 31KOs) - if Wilder beats WBC champion Bermane Stiverne, with the fight likely to happen in November. Fury must do his part and beat Dereck Chisora in their rematch on July 26th in Manchester. Fury would love to lure Wilder to the UK and fight him before a record crowd at Old Trafford.

“I want to fight Deontay Wilder for the world title at Old Trafford,” he told the Manchester Evening News. “It’s the home of the team I support – Manchester United – and the biggest venue in the city. It’s a fight that would catch people’s imagination. They would think he could beat me and everyone would turn out. Of course I don’t think anyone can beat me – that’s my mentality, my self-confidence.

“It could be a big fight in England or America, but it’s not worth doing until there is a world title involved. One of us has to get a title and then maybe it can happen.”

So Fury has called Wilder out, now its time for Wilder to respond who isn't quiet about how good he is. Lets get ready to rumble.

2 huge guys with marginal skills. I would just be thinking "Man, these two are lucky Valuev retired" the whole time. Have to lean toward Fury.

Interesting fight. This is a really exciting HW time right now. First, Stiverne/Arreola. Now Klitschko/Pulev and then Stiverne/Wilder Fury/Chisora and the winners of those fighting off for unification. Also Perez/Jennings and Haye ready to surface again like a submarine. Lot…
I think Wilder-Fury is THE fight to make at HW. Two huge, undefeated HWs with shaky chins. Wilder and Fury would help to market the fight, and they could advertise it as a US vs. UK fight.
I…
